Shipping Policies

Flat Rate shipping only applies to lower 48 contiguous states. Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. . We reserve the right to pick the shipper and it may also depend on the size of the enclosure. We do try to give you the lowest possible shipping rate possible.  Flat rate shipping for racks and some cages can be figured out when purchasing on the site, however others will need to be determined by us, please give us a call if you don’t see that option on the cage you are looking at purchasing.  Seller will work with the buyer to confirm a suitable shipping date.  Buyer will be contacted with tracking information when their package has been shipped (if applicable). All cages and racks are insured so buyer must open and inspect the packages as soon as they arrive and if there is any damage, must contact us within 4 hours of delivery. We do our VERY best to insure your package will arrive with no issues , however we all know how some package handlers treat the packages. Any LARGE orders WILL require a signature so an adult MUST be present for delivery.

Large enclosures usually need to be shipped freight but there is an additional $80.00 charge (per enclosure) by the freight company, IF it is shipped to a residential address. We have found that if you know someone with a business, and can have it shipped there, you can save substantially.


Buyer must ensure that they have provided the seller with the correct shipping address. Buyer must ensure that someone will be able to receive deliveries with signature confirmation on the day of receipt. Seller is not responsible for packages that are unable to be delivered on the first attempt by the carrier. If that happens, there may be additional charges that the buyer is responsible for.
