    PTO is the abbreviation of tractor auxiliary power output shaft. It is called power take off in English. The output part of power is used to drive the working mechanism of matching agricultural machinery. Rotating (540 r/min, 720 r/min, 1000 r/min) to the rotary tiller, air-suction seeder, power-driven rake, paddy field mixer, plant protection and other power-needed farm tools, and at the same time traction of the machine for field operations.
    Working principle:
    Power output shaft output speed, divided into standard speed and synchronous two kinds of speed, standard speed power output shaft speed and the use of tractor gear has nothing to do, its power is directly transmitted by the engine (or through the clutch).
    1. standard rotational speed
    According to different manipulating relations, it can be divided into three types: non independent, semi independent and independent.
    1.1. Non-independent power output shaft: It shares a main clutch with the tractor transmission system, and outputs power through the manipulation of the meshing sleeve. When the tractor stops and shifts gears, the working parts of the farm tools stop rotating, and the inertia force is large when the tractor starts, which makes the engine overload easily. If the tractor stops running, the working parts of the farm tools turn or the tractor runs, the working parts of the farm tools stop running, the operation of the unit needs to stop, tedious and time-consuming.
    1.2. semi detached power output shaft: widely used in large and medium tractors. Its power is transmitted by the secondary clutch of the double acting clutch and transmitted to the power output shaft through the adapter. The operating relationship between the auxiliary clutch and the main clutch is that the tractor can be stopped while the working parts of the farm tools can still be rotated. Before the machine starts, the working parts of the farm tools should be rotated first to reduce the load of the engine when it starts. Can not run in the unit.
    Control the separation and engagement of the power output shaft.
    1.3. Independent power output shaft: It is controlled by two sets of control mechanisms, the main and secondary clutch, this clutch called double clutch. The power is transmitted by the vice clutch and transmitted to the power output shaft through the adapter. The alignment of the power output shaft has nothing to do with the separation of the tractor and the walking of the tractor. The utility model can meet the requirements of various operations, such as cleaning and blocking the working parts of agricultural implements, turning and stopping on the ground, and stopping when spraying pesticides in orchards, etc., and is easy to operate.
    2. synchro
    The speed of working parts of some farm implements depends on the speed of the tractor.
    For example, the seeding parts of a seeder, the speed of seed discharging must be proportional to the speed of the tractor to change, in order to ensure uniform seeding. For this reason, the power of the power output shaft must be drawn from behind the second shaft of the gearbox in order to synchronize with the tractor drive wheel. A pair of gears can be added at the first three types of power output shaft adapters. Fixed wheels are mounted on the transmission shaft behind the second shaft of the gearbox. The adapter moves forward to the standard speed and moves backward to synchronous output.
    Synchronous power output shaft is a non-independent control, with the tractor unit driving distance output shaft revolution unit (r / m). With synchronous output, when the tractor is reversed, the power output shaft will be reversed, and the working parts of the farm tools will be reversed, so the adapter should be removed into neutral gear before reversing. Synchronous power output shaft is required at revolutions per meter. But when the tractor slides seriously, it will affect the quality of the farm machinery.
    Some tractors have these two output modes. When synchronous output, the output shaft only rotates when the tractor is moving, and has a constant speed ratio, the output shaft speed of each gear is different. Independent output has nothing to do with whether the tractor is moving. As long as the engine ignites and combines the output shaft, the output shaft will rotate. Whether you are in any gear, the output shaft speed changes only with the engine speed.
